What our warranty covers

Itag Media warrants that it’s online technology, which includes its products Site Synergy, Shout Mail and other custom or supported systems are in merchantable quality and without defect for the period of one calendar year from date of purchase.

How to make a claim

To make a claim please send your company name and contact name stating the issue and one of team will be in touch to approve and fix your claim free of charge.

This Warranty is transferable to a subsequent owner of an Itag Media technology product, in the event of the sale of that product, provided that Itag Media is informed in writing within a reasonable time of the sale of the subsequent owner's name and contact details. Such notice to be provided to Itag Media as follows:

The notice should identify the name of the previous owner of the Itag Media online product, place and date of purchase, model, product name, and url if applicable of the product. The effective transfer of this Warranty does not otherwise alter the terms of this Warranty in any way.

This Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• misuse or abusive use of the Itag Media online product;
• incorrect operation or not following the operation instructions (as stated in the Product User Manual);
• improper installation;
• password setting/ resetting and computer virus from the users end;
• repair or other work carried out on the Itag Media online product other than by Authorised Itag Media Service Personnel.
